Things I've made
These are the games, desktop tools and data projects I've built, together with the research code I wrote during a summer placement at Cambridge. Each page explains the problem the project had to solve and walks through the decisions I made while building it.
Projects
- Memora A mobile rhythm game in Unity and C# where the judgement lines move with the music and notes can aim at targets that are still moving
- England housing affordability pipeline Loading every house sale in England into PostgreSQL to find out where homes became harder to afford between 2019 and 2024
- DesktopIdle A small tray app that tidies your Windows desktop away when you leave the computer, and puts everything back when you return
- Touch FX An overlay that draws a little burst of shapes wherever you click on your Windows desktop
- League of Legends data study Comparing what tends to win League of Legends games in 2020 and 2024, and why the comparison doesn't fully hold up
- Global equity indices A Tableau dashboard about how the Asia-Pacific stock markets drifted apart after 2019
- Polymer structure search Research code from a summer placement at Cambridge that generates random polymer structures and relaxes them with a force field
